Likes

Good infrastructure, good facilities for both the students and teachers

Dislikes

No work-life balance, forcing teachers to stay till 5 or 5:30pm even if there is no work, too much of biasness towards students though there will be a proof about the student's mistake, no job security, no professionalism. Literally the worst work culture a school can have.
