Only the campus is pollution free and far from city - Kolhapur. Infrastructure is good. Food quality changes every month

No proper HR policy ( Leaves and holidays for teachers). Even government holidays are working days. Unnecessary meetings - without proper planning. Even they torture students like cbse or state board school. This is Cambridge curriculum, students need free time for creating interest and passion towards topics. Specially hostel students. Unnecessary extra study hours. Students loose their interest in study's Food quality is not good. Teachers are fed up with work from morning 8:00 am punching till evening 5:15 pm. Horrible timings Sometimes they extend these timings by keeping meetings. Specially no respect towards teachers Sasmita mohanty ma'am is principal and director. Management never looks into school things. Only they need money. Every power is given to principal and director ma'am. Atleast if any one person of management looks at this message or come across. Try to take some action and see that the teachers work happily and students learn happily by adapting some rules. So that it should not be changed by principal and director ma'am. Finally this school has good teachers. Teachers have patience and understanding. But management and director principal never understand. All good teachers are leaving the school due to above reasons. No information about extra study hours to teachers before interview or during interview or before joining. No information about current bill deduction, staff club and local mart deduction. There is no safety for teachers. At beginning of admission of students they will appoint teachers but after completion of admission admission they reduce vacancies of teachers. It means terminate teachers without any proper reasons.

Work culture.job security, dictatorship Children are having moral issues they are mannerless and strange. For every issue teachers are only reason behind it. You will be humiliated at every point . There are some pet inside the campus who will forward wrong message about teachers because they want themselves to be in favorite list . No respect for elder teachers 😞

toxic work condition , politics is their priority, ruling over, there who works truly no values but those who do buttering they gives everything to them. No fix schedule they have suddenly change in panning , they gives mental toucher as they remove employee in mid session also. this is business school, they runs school as business,not for social service. they have show and pompous school. in this school they are giving opportunity to those students who are good in speaking and study... in front of guardian they represent only those students, and those students who are lagging behind they loosing their confidence.
