Heads of Departments are good and supportive especially if you are working in the head office. Once you are in the field, nobody is going to look after your needs.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR team, once you pen down your resignation HR named Nikhil Vaseker is going to abuse you over the telephone and not even respond to your calls or messages. Also in order to get an experience letter you need to call them thousand times and ask them for it. Also, if you are leaving this organization, be sure that you are notgoing to get your full and final settlement amount. Try not to join this organisation, unless and until it is absolutely necessary....Read More
