Their work culture is very bad They promote buttering, favouritism, back biting... Management has no idea what is going behind their back. Senior team members.. Doing wrong practice about vendors payments, money utilization, they got money from funder for society betterment but they fill their own pocket.

Sangath has a good office space which is welcoming in nature. There is no such work pressure but maybe it is also because they keep employees underworked as they are bad at analyzing employees' skills and knowledge. The projects are really amazing and can really bring a good change if implemented properly.

They keep employees underworked as they are bad at analyzing employees' skills and knowledge. They believe in micro-management at one level and at another, the head of the project is so absent that she/he has no idea what's going on in the project. As a research organization, their documentation is poor, making it tough for the new joiner to understand the project and the role. They function on favoritism and buttering. Employees who cut fruits for the seniors, get the extension. Employees who never have the mouth to speak the truth in front of the seniors, get patted for being their pet. It was the biggest mistake in my career to accept the job offer. When I was there, I saw more than 10 people resigning due to unfairness. Please beware of such organizations....Read More
