Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and seniors are supportive. They have a creche facility which had attracted me as I had joined with an eight month old baby. My HOD and most seniors were extremely cooperative and supportive. They give good salary hikes and bonus to deserving teachers.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Timings and workloads is immense on certain days.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
