Sometimes there is lack of transparency between the department and higher management . But it is not a very serious issue, it is sorted out in the end.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. There is nothing to like about the university, and that is the complete village environment. if you need to buy anything you have to go at least 10 KM minimum. and if you need to change anything for good, get ready to be beaten by the students.
