Everthing its worst company to go after market . It's a good supplier of OEm but for after market they don't have work culture, better policies, poor decision making , no supports to employees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
