While the HR potrays to be employee friendly, most of the policies are unfriendly. For eg: Sick Leave cannot be for one day. It has to be minimum 2 days hence we end up applying casual leave. It is an accepted norm that you should stretch beyond the usual working hours and the pressure is too high. There is no compensatory off or compensation for all the extra work hours or work on holidays too. Alternate Saturdays are off but we end up working on all Saturdays. At present I have been working in 3 different depts. under 3 reporting managers - Samunnati Foundation, Retail & Overall Business. I enjoy wearing all the hats and it is good learning experience but sometimes it becomes difficult to manage the expectation
