* Flexible work hours (specially if you are in a HQ aligned project) * WFH choice * Good and Helping mentors

Dislikes

* Compensation provided is quite less as compared to other tech giants of this calibre * Too much Product orientated , less employee oriented for most teams

Work Details

It depends more on the team you are in and the manager you are working under. If working in a project with HQ(Korea) , it's quite a learning and relaxed experience. The environment created is quite a progressive one, where each one can share

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
