Company is very good their culture is excellent. Job security is also there. Company do not allows people to work after office hours. Company is very much stick on implementing weekly holidays and work life balance

One thing I found at Samsara Shipping that its a wonderfull organized company where I had enjoyed everyday only holidays are less comparatively but otherwise its a excellent company to work for.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is Politics and less innovation related to work which is actually required for Organic growth for any Company.

Since my boss was very good...i got chance to learn alot.Office environment was also good.Salary will always come on time.

Principles will rarely support you if any problem will arrises.Under employment is there which results in too much work load.Some where i feel their is lack of confidence boosting culture of their employee in this company.

I have worked in this company for one year. Most of the new joined employees given resigned after joined. Company have very strict policies. Employees can directly suspended for their any negligence due to work. Training is not given to new employees by old employees due to thier fear to job loss.

Managers are very agressively behave with assistants. They have full independent about miss behavior with their assistant.. They can punish their assistant at their level.
