We get for sure but delays in appraisals, rest it's all on us how we view the demerits, there were few but by the time it all overcame with the help and support of our MD Mr pawan khandelwal and that's exactly how the world works. Our retail head really had a strong head set whenever there were hiccups in managing any xyz issue, he is genuinely a team player and a fine leader.

I like all managers and Management , i learnt many things from there, Store management, system work,VM and operations.

I worked 3 years in that company but they didn't give me opportunity for manager level. I was a dedicated Employee. After my store close they didnt relocate me and I resigned after 2 month . Bcus i was in without pay.
