They make employees to work for overtime forcefully and don't even approve the overtime in the month end. Managers are always aggressive (never listening to the employees what he/she has to say. They are always changing the criteria of earning incentives which makes it so difficult for the employees to earn incentives.

No Job security they will hire people in bulk and when projects starts but when there is less work they will tell you to give resign and tell you that your performance is not satisfactory and pressurize you to give resignation. Company do not value their employee. People who are working from 2-3 years or more years in the organization they will not give them hike and promotion to these people who worked for them day and night, instead they will hire a new people and will give them position and salary hike.
