The company's protocol regarding employee salary and health is very impressive. It treats all the employees in a similar way and it was like a family when I was working there as a Service engineer. It was a nice journey of 3 years working with such an organization.

Dislikes

I can briefly say that I was little bit frustrated regarding the increment slab of this Organization. Salary was good but from the point of annual increment it has some Lacuna

Work Details

Generally I was a Service Engineer at Samal equip. Basically my job role was to provide field assistance and service to Major corporate customers and troubleshooting the Machinery issues with in shortest possible time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
