Everything. This is the only channel that welcomes new and fresh talent, the work environment is so fresh, lively, beautiful and healthy. Senior management is so supportive, clean and encouraging. For me working here has been life changing experience, I shall be forever grateful to this channel for showing me what best work culture looks like.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
