Thiis company is overall good in terms of timely salary,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is timely but increment is only for the people who used to do bitching about others and defaming hardworking employees.

Our life has just been like slaves. We wake up in the morning go to office at 8 and there is no fix time to leave office in night. Sometimes we work 2 to 3 days in a row for company and still not rewarded or motivated.
