I love the work environment, as soon as I step in office there's lott of positive vibes and mostly all employees are so welcoming. Profitable Stable Company to Grow with. From day of joining the the Operations Manager has always been helpful from tiny issues till grave ones. The company is employee centric and they are live examplesof Employee is a Customer. Company is also focused on giving Work From Home in Diwali Season...Hurray...what else is required? Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
