Ok for work life balance for who are working in CO

Not recognised by management if doing good things. Only relying on supervisor level peoples. They won’t respond senior instructions. Only experience won’t work in all places. Learn from them how to do buttering. Because of them company is loosing employees. Good HR policies needed about welfare.
