In day to day work there was hardly any interference from higher managment ,

not regular in payment .not remaining committed to their promises . no promotional or motivational activities.no professional management.

i am one who started open heart surgery program at SAL hospital in line of corporate culture but very soon realised otherwise. since there were not many options at that time i continue for about 8 yrs. at professional skill i made satisfactory progress on
