It was the worst experience of my life. I wish I had never joined this school. I wish I could say it to the authorities myself but I am thankful to this platform that I could atleast describe it to you how I and many other teachers had been suffering in silence. It is not a very healthy environment to be in and lot of teachers left their jobs because of this reason. There is no job security. The increment is not fixed for everyone. Your career may grow in years if at all you keep suffering in this negative environment, but it really takes a toll on your mental growth. There is no space for c reativity because they just want you to work according to them and then you stop applying your mind. The work culture is not very positive since there is a lot of politics involved wherein they know very well how to play the blame game and save their skin. They humiliate you by calling you in their office every single day and say unpleasant words to you. They disrespect you by asking you to get up from your seat . Even after working day in and day out , putting my sincere efforts , it never helped. I felt so suffocated that at I had to decide to leave eventually because it was leading me to health issues of which I had also informed in person....Read More

Staff and Principal was cooperative . They follow strict rules which is responsible for school to work effectively.

Dislikes

Only complaints with perk and deduction in salary for first 6 months which I got to know after joining.
