Saint Gobain culture has changed drastically since 2024 esp Finance function due to new CFO . Respect for employees was the order of the day. Favouritism was less heard of compared to now .

Toxic culture by managers is promoted in the recent year. The HR business partner for Finance is a mute spectaror/at times perpetrator of toxocity. Employee has fight his / her own battle. Job role change is difficult to get unless you are sycophant No role backup means taking leave is painful Wfh is strictly discouraged . Flexi timings have been curtailed extensively to just 1 hour .
