Salary is less and can vary a lot at same level. intention is to hire a p person at a lower salary and lower grade and then push him for that first minor promotion for at least 3 years. salary correction is a joke. growth prospects are less, career progression is slow. HR policies are person dependant and can be manipulated easily. No clear career progression eve n for so called identified high performers and high potencials......Read More

Work Details

Slightly challenging, needs to provide 100% which is a motivational factor. But becomes monotonous after 3-4 years and specially less opportunities within for another role.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
