If you are south indian or Maharastrian then it is the best company as people are biased towards them. Join saint gobain if you have some side business or some other activity.

1. biased towards some lingusitic 2. Internal audit dept is worst as internal audit head does not know anything. he will bothering you and keep asking what you have done in this 10 mins. he wants waht ppl are doing for every hour 3. too much partiality towards 1 -2 person. 4. Unnecessary argumentative. if you say "B" comes after "A"then also he will not agree. 5. he does not know simple excel, ppt or anything. he talks in air. according to him, even child should be born automated. 6. no increment, no good bonus. 7. with him there cant be discussion, it can be only argument...Read More
