Work culture. Top management non-receptive in terms of ideas. Does not accept any feed back or suggestions from mid management or field staff. No understanding of Insulation Market. Not ready to accept changes. Attitude of my way or high way of top management. Lack of trust in employees.Always look down on team members and think all team members are corrupt.
