I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like work culture of sainik school society, one thing that i had learn alot that is patience because as a hostel warden you needs to be always positive and be patience & self motivated, school administration always supportive

Nothing to say, but one thing that is feel is here in this industry neither career security, &nor future growth , so i want to jion other industry
