Nothing. I worked here only for 3 months. It is a Gujrat based company and owner is Gujrati. He looks each employees as servant and shouted over them. He is very unprofessional and cheap person. They created lot of problems for me during 3 months period. They provided me Noida location first after that they said to me to move to Gujrat that was impossible for me so I decided to resign from job without getting any job. The appraisal policies are not yet transparent which is gradually improving. Otherwise the company is pretty good to work with - comes From someone who has spent more than 5 years with sftpl.
