Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

This company is best for fresher who want to grow in terms of technical skills and who is willing to work on multiple technologies along with dedication. Flexible timing. Teammates are helpful but You should be self learner and they will guide u further.

Dislikes

Lack of latest technologies and projects. Should improve project management to meet deadlines. Now time has been changed and accordingly should change their HR policies. Apprisial process should be crystal clear. Employee should happy when he receives promotion but here employees get disappointed when he receives promotion
