The salary is very low,they don't give u the position what u deserve.so much politics.growth rate is very less.

Work Details

I am a shift incharge in MECHANICAL RMP department,I have to lead a team smoothly.we r the main part of that steel PLANT. We look in to Vibrating screens,crusher maintenance,conveor belt maintenance,gearboxs ect..

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
