Weekly Reviews by MD at location. This helps everyone to understand the weekly expectations to achieve desired monthly parameterise targets. Really a excellent SOP set by top management. Timely salary and Incentive distribution is the best employee retention tool has been followed. Hats off to Top Management for this.

Dislikes

Lots of ugly internal politics by few of the managerial level. This is known by everyone outside and very difficult to get good candidates. Tough task to HR and the team is well aware on this but cannot speak loudly due to lots of job retention fear. Lower designation employees work with lots of fear to loose their jobs if they don't listen and play politics as directed by few of the top managers. It's very worst part and need to control it by top management....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
