New joinees are taking more salary than the experienced staff in organisation.Site incharges give facilities and bonus to only their near and dears.

At present time the company growth is very slow after 2017.one another things the top managent is not too good. Be aware from talltale. If company has lot of work then the work pressure is high. I another thing there are progress system in the company. As on my way i was recruited as a Draughtsman I should have done 30+ drawing in t he end of months.otherwise you progress will be low if u are not achieve this target continue 3 months you will be rusticate / removed for the company. If there are no work in the company. The progress is always low. That is my major dislike about company. There is no appreciation in company if you do any good work for company....Read More
