Learning environment - frequent discussion over- health topics, equipment uses, how hospital works. Culture - cultural activity as well as celebration as per calendar festival Leaves - may get leave if applied earlier. Facilities - have canteen as well as doctor duty room.

Dislikes

Biometric attendance - if late by 15minutes from reporting time for more than 3times you will get half day salary norms. Working duty - may get double duty if ur releiver doesn't come or may get other department patients in night duty. Has to inform patients conditions in early morning to every consultant even if something doesn't happen bad in night. May sit in emergency room or go to ambulance duty. No specific job profile given. As medical officer in surgery department which includes general surgery +neuro +ortho. Doing daily rounds with notes with accompanying consultant while rounds with dressing with coordinating with patients to consultant.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
