they had given proper training, hr and team lead were very good and responsive. They listen to their employees if they have any problem at work. The best part is they not only listen to the problems but solves that problem also. company culture was very good. salary is always credited on time there. Every colleague was supportive there.

Dislikes

there is nothing in sagenext that i can say is bad, everything was perfect and i enjoyed alot working there.

Work Details

I will use only one word here i.e "awesome".

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
