Dislikes

Need to provide hike in employee yearly appraisal. In leave policy, need to increase carry forward leaves for next year.

I worked at different projects and improved my technical skills and communication as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
