Under paid Too much pressure Bad team work No frequent promotion and Perks and benifits Management not help u in any situation they just brag all the time. U have to work on weekends also or sometime force to work on weekends. Senior and manager treat you as a labour. The never support you .. What ever learn put efforts Never give you work from home in any situation Once i request my manager for WFH due to bad condition of health but the refuse to give wfh . There is traker and the want you to follow the tracker strictly. U can't take break due to traker .. You have to work 8 hours straight without break....Read More

lack of technical skill implementation. too much pressure with unrealistic deadlines all the time. Manager not helpful and HR even worse. They sweet talk you when u want to join and then run away wen u have issues. Archana HR should stick to rangoli making competitions and not ruin careers with fake hiring and telling lies about job description. too much process oriented that they value data more than common sense. ppl who can clap for them in every function have good career here. If you have any other offer besides Sagacious during your campus placement then blindly choose anything else than this company.
