I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. MDs are super supportive. Specially Navin Sir and Hitesh Sir. Navin Sir is employee centric and always think about employees well being. He loves to care for each and every employees associated with SLTPL. HR Head- Vishwesh Vyas is also very supportive and understanding and one can expect resolution with in 30 secs. from him. His doors are always open and he really mitigate employees issues.
