I say this to you, I did not like their culture at all because I have done MBA or what I do is just scanning. It would be better if the company hires a non-MBA person or will do better scanning even at a lower salary than me. But who has come here after doing MBA and who will do the scanning on him, who will not be able to do it for long time.

I did not like their work culture at all because I had come with an MBA and I had to do scanning like everyone else. This company would hire a non-MBA person even if I had to do the scanning at a lower salary. Salary cost should be saved when scanning has to be done to hire non-MBA people.
