No work life balance, 6 days working, No festivals off, No promotion, Appraisal between 3%-6%, No Diwali bonus, (you only get 1 laddu on diwali not even one box) You can't take leaves according to you, it doesn't matter you're getting married, you're suffering from cancer or you're facing any problem in your family or personal life,seniors don't care.
