Safe Kids Foundation has a highly centralised and autocratic work environment. There are no defined system as the Director is the system.The Program Director is the only decision maker. As a Program Manager, I had very limited access to important information e.g. Program budget etc. Sarcasm and criticism have became the way of communication, with the managers more concerned about pleasing the Director, than supporting the field staff and addressing the outcomes. Work Details

The work was exciting and challenging as it involved supporting the field teams and developing system of implementing and monitoring the programs. However with no support from the line manager and frequent decision changes made me frustrated.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
