I have been associated with the school from 4 years. Infact started my teaching career with safari kid. The journey s been amazing, the best part about the school was my colleagues, head of school and my kids that kept me motivated every morning coming to come to school. To sum up my experience, the curriculum, staff & kids and the support was great.

Dislikes

There s a lot of scope of tr in terms of HR and the policies. Career growth is decent but the salary growth is slow. There were loop holes & the pf deduction were done but uni number was not shared same goes for the tds certificate.

Work Details

The overall experience was good. I started as an assistant teacher, now I am the curriculum coordinator. The journey has been great because of the amazing curriculum, my colleagues & kids.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
