Company Is Always good But Few Seniors Just use their Junior They Just Work For Their own benefits....

Safari Is one of the Best Company I worked With But They Have To Promote Those People's Who Works On Ground Level Who Promote their Brand, Who Sale Their Brand ,Who Generate Maximum sale And Achieve target...They Have To Make Strong Their Base...They Need To Track Those Employ Who is Getting in Lakhs But they Track Those Who is Getting 10 to 20k they promote Who Never Work On Ground , who never Interact With Safari Customer. Lots Of things in my Mind which is need to be improved....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
