I don't like in this company is that during holiday/ festivals time their is no any gift for staff and no any bonus on festival days, I'm here working 3 years and 3 months but I don't receive any kind of gift or bonus on festival days, where I do job, here others brand staff are get enjoys all that above mentioned facilities, and why this company heve no any increment facilities? Good work environment and culture .teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

-Department managers poor management skill often time leads to disaster for whole department. -Management didn't listen to your work challanges and demand results. - Office politics. - Negative people -30 -60 mins Over time is mandatory.

Non Provided Proper Seating space. I’m almost closure to my Probation tenure still not been alloted proper seats. Not only me there are multiple colleagues which are having same issues as mine. Due to not having proper seating space I have been rewarded with Lower Back Spasm. I’m Thankful to Safari Industries for unlocking a new Hurdle for me.
