Management is hardworking and growing, efforts needs to be appreciated for each employee at every level.

Dislikes

Micro management needs to be curtailed down in order to bring more growth to the Company. During COVID employees were asked to resign and Annual Bonus were unpaid, Diwali bonuses were unpaid even post COVID.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
