Compensation is Decent,but growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calles in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Very good company before the Feb 2019 given the all benefits to the employee as well as help to the people or employees and family member in emargency situation but after the passed our beloved 🙏 CMD Shri Vishnu Bhai , company get down due to the management problems and huge debt on the company and not handled the company with proper way and how to run the company. Before the since June 2019 company given salary on time and all benefits according to the employee their works and appraisal also given with best of construction industry and as well paid leave benifits Diwali bonus etc. After the June 2019 company get down and till now not performing well....Read More

After the June 2019 company get down and till today company not bid any single new project due to their financial situation. Hope company will be run better before 2019. As of Delay in salary almost 3 months. Not have new project. All ongoing project standing at closing stage.
