Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. There is nothing good in that school old teachers are being exploited new teachers will be given power.

Dislikes

Deserving candidates will be thrown out and undeserving will be appreciated that is the rule of this school. No work balance, No personal space management always infairs in employee personal matter. No increments. No fixed timings sometimes you have to work till 7 pm. Terrible work life.

A pathetic work culture. They treat you like a slave. Many teachers have resigned. The owner of this school is demented. You will have to leave your lunch mid way in order to attend him. He will insult you and always portrays himself god and keeps on counting on the favours he will do.
