In this types of companies is only for taking experience, and go for another company for salary increment, you get good experience of tool design and development because there is a lot of pressure to the designers for design 3 to 4 tools in day, but they don't think about their employees.

Dislikes

In this company their is no skill development, no training to employees, no timing to go home , no increment, they only take their work. Their is a lot of politics and management doesn't address you and if you have good relations then or previous know then only you get increment and it's doesn't give a single leave if you take any leave your salary will get cut.

Work Details

The job is to design tool and head take our advantage if we do best they don't give chance to junior for forward move. If you asked for increment after that they keep showing you your mistake that's are none but they show how blund
