Worst experience of working I handle two districts as a territory Sales manager. Not given my salary of two months. The company employes at top are the worst persons. Still they have not cleared the Distrubutors DOA stock and not done settlement of them also company person's working the ir. They are struggling from last six months to get pickup no one responding to it. So don't join worst company experience....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is worst and growth is also worst don't join it or you will go back in carrier for the months you had work. MD, Sales head, manger, backhand team, HR do not have value an individual's. My suggestion is don't waste time by working here.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
