Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

The environment of the company is good and team mates are all supportive in the workplace. Saadeddin is a well known and popular company in the middle east. The employee work-life is well balanced in personal and professional point of view, although there are some people are always at some point for making some trouble, for example they give more preference for their referral employees in every aspects.
