Company is very good and management is good but employee not secured because of cp's politics. Cp's didn't want branch managers bcoz of their cost sheet.

Employees growth depends on only channel partners feedback

Likes

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
