To be Honest, there's no career in this company, it has been 10 years they didn't give bonus to employees instead they give incentive, bonus, benefits, compensation, increment only to employees who are their relatives. They used to give salary after 3-6 months. Management always seeking their own benefits Don't go to fake reviews and ratings. So Please there is highly recommendation to my brotherhood not to join this company if willing for bright future. If anyone want their dark future, most welcome this company give you 10 times fold then make you cry untill you beg on your knees....Read More

The job beginning to being disinteresting when my salary due for 4 months. There's no training. There's nothing to learn about for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
