I like the atmosphere, environment of the school. I also liked gaming arcade and many different ways to teach students.

Dislikes

There is politics inside the staff or management I can say. Any one can be resigned by any small matter also. Had a worst staff experience in my life.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
