I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Good for freshers also teammates are supportive and their management is good. I am worked as a Statutory Auditor and also part of Audit team of sugar factories. Lots of Tax audit cases . I know the audit points,Statutory compliance. Firm terms and conditions are best. They give bonus every year.

Dislikes

Cab facilities are not available.Only experience persons can join the office. For freshers no any training is given. You can improve your self and take experience.

Work Details

The various opportunities are there. struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt tax audit cases,income tax return filing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
